Welcome back after the long weekend. I hope the time away provided an opportunity to reflect on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 's message of service, justice, and compassion for others and how it mirrors our SJA core values of faith, family, and future. We’re glad to have everyone back and ready for the week ahead.
Celebrating Excellence – Honors Recognition, Perfect Attendance, and Assembly Announcement 🎉
Students who earned President’s and Principal’s List distinctions in the first semester along with those that earned Perfect Attendance will be honored during a school-wide assembly in Enrichment Period on Thursday, January 22. Honorees were notified individually by email and a list of names was published in last week’s “Wildcat Den.” This will be a joyful opportunity for our entire community to come together and recognize the hard work and academic excellence of our students.

All funds raised from this dress-down day will go directly toward purchasing items for student-sponsored baskets for the Chinese auction at our Spring Bag Bingo on Saturday, March 7th. Grab your lucky charm—LINK HERE to snag your Bag Bingo ticket! Bag Bingo is held twice a year, in the Fall and Spring, and this dress down day is a wonderful way for students to contribute to the event while enjoying a casual day at school. The Bag Bingo fundraiser generates additional revenue that is used at the discretion of SJA to go towards initiatives that directly benefit the student body.
