Morgan’s Message
We’re excited to introduce Morgan’s Message, a new student-led initiative under our school’s Active Minds club! This branch focuses on supporting the mental health of student-athletes and continuing the conversation about the pressures, challenges, and triumphs that come with balancing sports, academics, and life.
Morgan’s Message works to break the stigma surrounding mental health in athletics, encouraging open dialogue, education, and peer support. Through awareness campaigns, school events, and community outreach, we hope to create a culture where every athlete feels seen, supported, and valued beyond their sport.
We’d love for you to get involved. Come help us carry Morgan’s Message forward as part of our Active Minds community.
Contact Ms. Umosella via email if you want to join gumosella@stjoseph.academy
