Wildcat Highlights: The Top Ten of 2024-25
At #4 in our countdown is a day filled with laughter, competition, and Wildcat pride—SJA Field Day 2025!
With sunshine overhead and music in the air, the entire school community came together for one of the most fun and energetic days of the year. Field Day at St. Joseph Academy is about more than just games—it’s about celebrating our culture of connection, spirit, and joy.
Students from all grade levels competed in relay races, tug-of-war, obstacle courses, and other light-hearted challenges that brought out teamwork, friendly rivalry, and lots of cheering. Homerooms rallied together, showing off their colors, creativity, and class pride throughout the day.
What made the day truly special was the spirit behind it. Field Day gave everyone—students, faculty, and staff—a chance to step away from the classroom and enjoy time together in a way that builds community and creates memories.
Mr. Stephen Cappuccio, Head of School, shared:
“Field Day is one of those experiences that sticks with students long after they graduate. It’s a reminder that school isn’t just about grades and tests—it’s about building friendships, making memories, and enjoying every part of the journey. That’s what makes our community so special.”
From high-fives at the finish line to belly laughs during dizzy bat races, Field Day was a celebration of what it means to be part of the SJA family—where school spirit is more than a cheer, it’s something you feel.
Stay tuned as we enter the Top Three in our Wildcat Highlights countdown—featuring a moment that united students, families, and alumni for a major milestone in our school’s history.
